I spent most of my time from 1998-2008 happily raising my two incredible daughters, Ashley and Casey, which meant my life was mostly made up of part-time careers where I could determine my own hours.
In 2012, I took a beginning acting class and found an area of enthusiastic interest, creativity and fulfillment. I began to act in plays and films and gradually started to add in Directing, Writing and eventually Producing. I also participate in Spoken Word Performances.
As an Actor, I've appeared in San Diego area films and plays. Favorite roles include:
Movies:
Governor: "The Brazilian Affair"
Theatre:
Will: "Bottle of Vodka"
(Won Best Actor in North Park Festival)
Moss: "Body of Water"
(Aubrey Nomination for Best Dramatic Actor)
Charles: "The Clean House"
G.W.: "Sordid Lives

I wrote and Directed “Maybe This Time” in the 2016 San Diego Fringe Festival (original title- “It Had To Be You” – was changed in 2018).
I Directed/Produced it at two other locations in 2017-2018: San Diego CA and St. Louis MO(Produced only).
“Maybe This Time” was produced by Alton Little Theater Company in Alton IL in Feb, 2019.
It was also produced by Stageworks Northwest Theatre in Longview WA and Thunderous Productions in Washington DC in February of 2020.
My second play, “Red Jasper”, premiered at the Lamplighter's Theatre in La Mesa, CA on May 27th, 2022 for a month long run..

"Red Jasper" will be produced in January, 2024 by the Alton Little Theater. I'm also presently in discussion with companies in Missouri, Vermont, Florida and Northern California for productions in those locations.
No matter what I have accomplished in my life so far, the two activities I experienced that generate the most interest from others still remain:
1) Having been a contestant on “Jeopardy”
2) Having worked in a Leper colony in South America
